STAP makes that information publishable, searchable, trusted, and actionable.

A customer should be able to say:

A driver should be able to say:
“I am already travelling from London to Manchester.”
A business should be able to say:
“I have availability this week.”
An agent should be able to discover those signals, understand the relevant context, verify trust, connect the right parties, and help complete the transaction.
Today, marketplaces control this process.
They own the index, the ranking, the trust layer, and the customer relationship. Because they control access to demand and supply, they can charge a percentage of the value exchanged, even when the underlying cost of coordination is much lower.
STAP exists to unbundle those functions.
We are not building another marketplace. We are building open infrastructure for real-world coordination.
The system is based on four principles:
- Fast indexing makes real-world opportunities visible.
- Progressive disclosure reveals deeper context only when it is needed.
- Trust policies make information safe to act on.
- Agents route demand, supply, and intent across the network.
Together, these components allow transactions to happen with less friction, less duplication, and lower coordination costs.
The plumber should profit.
The driver should profit.
The restaurant should profit.
The local business should profit.
The customer should save money.
The network should become more useful with every successful interaction.
Nobody should extract monopoly rent merely because they control the directory of what is possible.
That principle must apply to STAP too.
If STAP succeeds, it could become important infrastructure for real-world coordination. Without structural constraints, it could eventually become the same kind of gatekeeper it was created to replace.
Our answer is a transparent cost-plus pricing model.
STAP should not charge a percentage of the value exchanged through the network. A €10,000 transaction does not inherently cost ten times more to coordinate than a €1,000 transaction, and STAP should not earn ten times more simply because more value passed through it.
Instead, STAP should charge for the infrastructure it actually provides: indexing, computation, communication, verification, trust, and dispute resolution.
Those costs should be calculated through a clear methodology and charged with a fixed, transparent markup that allows STAP to remain sustainable, reward the people building it, and continue investing in the network.
When infrastructure becomes cheaper, participation should become cheaper.
When the network becomes more efficient, those savings should flow to its users rather than becoming monopoly profit.
STAP should be economically sustainable.
It should not be able to tax the real world simply because it has become the dominant route through it.
The next internet will not consist only of pages, posts, and search results. It will include agents coordinating real-world activity on behalf of humans.
For that system to work, agents need trusted, current, high-density context.
