Demo 02 ยท Live availability

Make an autonomous booking.

Tell your agent what you need and where your limits are. It can find current availability, compare suitable options, and complete the booking directly with a business.

What you get A confirmed option that fits your time, place, budget, preferences, and approval rule.

Your instruction

Set the goal and the limits.

Copy this instruction into your MCP-capable agent. It will know when it may proceed and when it must return to you for approval.

Autonomous booking instruction
Find and coordinate a booking for me using STAP.

1. Connect to the STAP MCP at https://api.stap.now/mcp/ and explain any permissions you need.
2. Ask only for the missing service, approximate place, acceptable time window, party size, budget, preferences, and accessibility needs.
3. Ask me to choose the approval rule: return before booking, or book only within limits I state explicitly.
4. Search current business and availability records. Verify the total price, conditions, cancellation terms, and freshness of the source.
5. Compare suitable options using availability, fit, cost, distance, terms, and relevant trust signals.
6. Do not book, pay, sign terms, or share precise private details outside my explicit approval rule.
7. Return the confirmation and evidence, or explain why no suitable booking could be completed and show the next best options.

What happens next

How your agent handles the booking

Your agent coordinates with current business records and business agents while keeping every action inside the boundaries you set.

  1. You set the outcome and guardrails

Share the service, location, timing, party size, budget, and preferences. Decide whether the agent may book inside those limits or must ask first.

    Example

“Book a dog-friendly table near London Bridge for four tomorrow between 7 and 8 pm, up to £45 each. Ask before confirming.”

  2. The agent finds live options

It discovers relevant businesses, checks current availability, and filters out options that miss your non-negotiable constraints.

  3. The agents clarify the terms

Your agent confirms the total price, cancellation policy, accessibility, and any missing details with the business or its agent.

  4. The booking is completed within your rules

The agent either asks for your approval or books inside the authority you granted, then returns the confirmation and supporting details.
